I love syncing my life to my cycle and all the details that the planner provides!
I'm just starting to use the planner and love how it, of course, makes living cyclically SO easy and attainable. it feels like a ritual and it's not another task on my to-do list... looking forward to spending three month with the planner, reflecting and having this as part of my self-care practice
I love my planner 💜🥹 It's so beautiful, and I can't wait to start using it! I already feel like I've learned so much just by reading it, I can't imagine how it'll be once I start tracking my cycle. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product 💜
I bought the planner for my daughter as a gift for when she gets her first period. She is only ten right now, so I will hang on to it in secret for possibly the next five years or so, whenever that day comes. I read through the planner myself and I was so moved. I have only recently learned about my own season-like cyclical patterns and consider myself so fortunate to be able to pass better, earlier information on to my daughter that I lacked for so long. I read through the planner this evening. I'm not even the one using it, and your planner still made me feel seen, understood and deeply cared about. The design is beautiful and the content is so thorough and extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend!
I was never educated about follicular phase. I was never taught about luteal phase. I didn’t even have the words….now I do. This planner is an exquisite tool to help people who bleed monthly get the most out of their life!
