    So cool

    I love the concept of being in tune with the moon's cycles, in a more intuitive and still frame of mind. The planner is also really helpful with the food and exercise recommendations; I notice I feel much more in tune and good in my body by following these recs.

    Finding my Flow in life

    This book came to me in a time that I didn’t realize how much I needed it. It has helped me regain my confidence in my body. This journal has helped me connect with my head, heart and body. It’s given me a place to tract and see why I feel the way I do and understand why I react the way I do. It has been such a blessing.
    It’s easy to use and had some great prompts. I also love the little detail of being able to scan and listen to calming vibe music. Great little addition.

    Great Planner

    I never felt like I was in-tune with my body and cycle until I started using this planner. I would workout intensely on days where I should be resting and replenishing and then would wonder why I felt depleted and unwell. I now have a better sense of my body's needs throughout my cycle, and a greater awareness of why I'm feeling the way I am. The cherry on top is that this planner is super cute and well designed!

    Can I use In Flow if I don't bleed?

    Yes! In Flow is designed for women who bleed (and want to align diet, movement, and spiritual practices with their menstrual cycle) as well as women who do not bleed (and/or choose to align with the energetically feminine cycles of the moon instead of their menstrual cycle).

    The moon historically has been viewed as a symbolic representation of feminine energy and bringing ritual and awareness to the cycles of the moon is a beautiful practice.

    Can I use In Flow with a period that is longer or shorter than 28 days?

    Great question!

    Periods fluctuate in length from 21 to 35 days (although our OB-GYN advises that if your period is LONGER than 35 days, we recommend meeting with your doctor to check things out). With that in mind, In Flow is designed to work with any period length. You start on Day 1 of the planner (any day of the week!) and follow each page until day 21—then skip to the next cycle.
